Main composition
The bulk powder paint is mainly made of epoxy resin,polyester resin
and curing agent, leveling agent, pigment, filler and other
addictives. it has super chemical resistance and mechanical
properties. It can be used in painting those metal products that
have special requirement of corrosion resistance, electric
insulativity and pliability. Directly outdoor using is not to be
suggested.
Powder coating is a process of coating metal with a thermosetting
finish applied in powder form and baked to a oven to bond it to the
metal surface. Powder coating has many advantages over traditional
liquid coating: It's better for the environment, applies thicker
without running, and is easy to style with. Although certain
aspects of powder coating can be tricky, it's certainly not
difficult, especially for an enterprising soul. Proper cleaning and
tools can be the difference between an amateur and a good powder
coating job.
The products include high light ( above 86%),
glazed (76%-85%),
matt(20%-50%),
super matt (below 20%).

users.

This product is non-toxic. In the course of inhalation of dust
should be avoided. The operators should wear appropriate dust mask
and glasses.
