Waste engine oil can be refined into valuable diesel fuel through catalytic cracking and high temperature distillation technology. It is a distillation device based on pyrolysis catalytic technology. After the oil is distilled and catalyzed by the distillation plant, the main parameters of the final product are the same as diesel, the color is light yellow, and the color is bright.

Used Oil Distillation plant works as follows:
1. Pump waste oil into distillation reactor by oil pump.
2. Heat the reactor, and the liquid oil will slowly become oil gas,
oil gas will go through catalytic chamber and condenser, then
diesel will be cooled out first by controlling the temperature over
150 Celsius degrees.
3.The gasoline will be cooled out when the temperature is below 150
Celsius degrees, the rest of the system is same as pyrolysis
system.

odor, without secondary pollution, the whole process is all sealed,
won’t release any gas harmful to human and environment,

oil, rubber oil, plastic oil, and other lubricant oil, and convert
them to diesel oil and gasoline oil.

1) catalyst chemical, cost less than USD 30 to refine one ton of
waste oil.
2) Heat energy consumption: 105 kcal per ton of waste oil
3) Power consumption: 40 KW to recycle 1 ton of waste oil
6. With High degree of automation in the whole operation, advanced
designing and fabrication technology.
7. Adopt the water circulation method on atmospheric and vacuum
distillation unit, very safe. And after decompression on the whole
system, refined oil’s production quantity and quality are increased
obviously.
8. The whole process is performed without acid and clay which are
forbidden in many countries already.
9. High effective heating system: many heating sources can be used
such as natural gas, furnace oil, coal, etc..
10. Low cost: only cost about USD30 of Pre-treatment reagent when
treat 1 ton used oil. The Pre-treatment reagent is basic chemical
material, can buy in every country, without any restrictions.

new base oil. High recovery rate: Base oil: 85%~95%; gasoline3%;
