Product Description
1. ZGSll Combined Transformer is researched by ourselves on the basis of absorbing the technology
of American transformer, it also is named American Substation.
2. The capacity range is 200-1000kVA, it is suitable for neutral point insulated system or grounded
system through small resistance for 10 kV distribution network, but 400V system is three phase four
wiring system with neutral point solidly ground.
3. It has strong whole set, reliable power supply, small volume, low weight, and low noise. It has ring
network type and terminal type cable outgoing line.
4. When the product is used, the load of 10kV power grid can reach to the load center. Circuit loss can
be reduced, the reliability of power supply can be improved, and city environment can be beautified.
It is suitable for city network transformation.
Mainly Features
a. Compared with”9” type transformer, no-load loss reduces 30.12%, annual operating cost reduces
20.03% equally, and the product has lower noise. Consequently, it is environment friendly.
b. Full sealed oil tank is used to accommodate the body, HV load switch( or HV load change over switch),
fuse, no-excitation tap changer and so on, which improves utility rate of space. The volume is about
1/3 of combined substation who has the same voltage level and capacity, and the weight is much
lower.
c. HV room is isolated with LV room, two rooms adopt interlocks respectively. The door of HV room can
be opened only when the door of LV room is opened. HV terminals is insulated completely, safety is
fine.
d. Adopt full range protection of combined two classes fuse (back-up current-limiting fuse, plug-in fuse), it
has the advantages of safety, reliability, flexible operation and convenience for replacing fuse.
e. Tank is a full sealing structure, and oil is insulated completely, no-leakage, maintenance-free
