Simulated Temperature Humidity Chamer Work principle:
A.. The controlling system for adjusting temperature and humidity evenly controls SSR through PID. It makes the heating and moisture content equal the loss of heating and moisture
B. The dry and wet balls are used for measuring temperature signal by comparing the A/D conversion input controller CPU and RAN, and input to I/O board. The I/O board gives commands and instructions to operate air circulation system and cooling and freezing system, meanwhile, PID controls SSR, or heats or humidifies SSR for operation in order to make the hot and wet content deliver to the test box evenly through air circulation system, and finally achieve the purpose of adjusting the temperature and humidity evenly.
