Capper ROPP Capper is a Roll Over Pilfer Proof capper designed to thread and seal aluminum caps onto rigid containers. The ROPP capping heads can be adjusted for an assortment of container shapes, diameters, and heights. Designer beverages or champagne bottles are good examples of containers with ROPP closures.STRPACK's ROPP capper is widely use for Liquor, Medical, Pharmaceuticals, Beverages, Food, Agrochemicals, Edible oil, Lube oil and misc. industries. Heads with low tension springs can be fitted to seal PET / PVC / HDPE bottle. Capping heads can be adjusted for any shape and sizes bottles. Capping heads with two threading and two sealing rollers for different diameters and heights (standard semi-deep drawn, deep drawn, extra deep drawn) of caps. The sealing & threading pressure can be easily adjusted. Centering guides fitted in the heads ensure that bottle is centered properly before capping to ensure precise and accurate capping. This automatic capping machine is mainly used for disposable aluminum screw caps of pilfer proof, and the advantages are as below:

1. Tight seal: there is no slot,no scratch on the sealing.

2. Large scope of application: The sealing head adopts four claw(knife) balanced type,and put a even force when sealing, first make the cap deformation according to the bottle mouth shape, and then pushing thread and flanging.

3. Small damage rate: positioning devices of the bottle mouth ensures the bottle mouth is positioned to the sealing head accurately,to increase the utilization rate of caps.

4. High automation:this machine is equipped with automatic cap arranging and cap hanging device, and can be equipped with cap loading device.

5. Long Life: the sealing head is made from special stainless steel.
