Option 1: Pre-Cut Panel Roll Former - Ag Panel (Tuff-Rib)

Take Ag panel for example, we can design single layer metal roofing panel with pre-cutting or without.

1) Pre-Cut eliminated post-cut shear distortion. Eliminates material left in the machine at the end of an order.

2) Pre-Cut will also cut Trim Blanks by using included accessories.

3) Pre-cut could be also work together with after cut.

4) Lower speed option of 15 to 25 meter per minute.

Option 2: High speed NON-STOP single layer machine 45m/min

All the drawing profiles could be designed into high speed type. With following design features.

Option 3 : Double Deck Roll Former

As to the double deck roll former, you either choose any type drawing profile and then make the double deck like PBR panel, R panel, tuffrib panel and others.

2. One time one profile working, two layer can not be working at the same time.
