A: It is very easy to install. Prepare your ground, Open the package of inflatables and blower. Plug in the blower and inflate it.

Q3: How much is the maintenance cost?
A: This cost can be negligible as the blower consumes only a few units of electricity each day.

Q4: What accessories come with the inflatables?
A: We will send you an electric blower( two or more if needed), repair kit bag(including the same color material and glue), ground sheet.

Q5: Can we change the size and color based on the original?
A: The size and color can be changed according to your requirement. Please contact us to get more information about the changed inflatables.

Q6: How resistant are the boat to abrasion?
A: Our kayaks are extremely abrasion resistant. Scuff marks on the bottlom are normal and don’t harm the strength of the fabric. As with any inflatable, avoid dragging the boat.

Q7: How do I clean the inflatable games and boats?
A: Just use soap and water. Do not use any kind of solvents.

Q8: What is your order procedure?
A: First, Choose your favorite items and confirm the order, then we will send you the order confirmation. You need to sign on it and send back to us by e-mail or fax.Second, you can go to your bank and do the wire transfer for your order. After you have transfered the money, please send us the bank bill for our confirmation. When we receive your money, we will arrange your order to production department. Once we finish your order, we will take some digital pictures and send them to you to check the items. If you are satisfied with it, we will arrange the delivery for you.

Q9: Can I use my own forwarder to transport the products for me?
A: Yes, if you have your own forwarder in Guangzhou, you can let your forwarder ship the products for you. And then you will no need to pay the freight to us.

Printing - We adopts digital painting with environmental protection, non-toxic, we will also add extra protection liquid covering on which is also imported from USA, so that the painting won't be faded easily. Also, the paint has passed the SGS test and lead-free. This is very important for inflatable products, because most of our products are used by children.

3. Sewing - We adopt special double needles sewing and the sewing machine is imported from Japan. The heavy duty nylon threads are strong and has the SGS certificate passed.
