Flex-H20 slab formwork is the ideal system for shuttering any slabs, including drop beams.
Drop beams are always designed in many projects, which seems troublesome and cost money while constructing such beams.
Now, HORIZON beam clamps can help reduce work and cost. The beam clamp is connected to a H20 beam by easy tightening the wing nut. The timber beam is part of the bottom shuttering of the concrete beam.
Similar as Flex-H20 slab formwork stripping, it’s very easy to strip the beam formwork.
Loose the wing nut that locking the beam clamp, move back the beam clamp and take the lateral timber beam (or wood plank). Then remove the beam clamp. Now, the beam formwork and slab formwork can be taken down separately easily.
Exactly rectangular side shuttering can be formed due to the large dimension and contact area of the two clamped side forms.
