THrough scale gluing, this machine works with oil-solution glue(Solvent-type glue) to paste PVC and soaked lacquer paper on various linear boards such as skirting boards, set lines of doors and windows, and the railing of the stairs. Wrapping surface, sides and bottom are accomplished effectively in a single process. This machine is also fit for wrapping complicated lines and surfaces.

Features:

1.The machine frame adopts whole sheet 25mm thick high strength steel plate to milling and planing,the flatness is controlled in 0.1mm, during production no deformation, the stability is high,and ensure the rate of finished products.

2. The glue tank is made of aluminum alloy, stainless steel and copper alloy with high precision, it evenly spread glue on PVC surface.

3. The bottom wheels and rolling wheels are all made of silicon rubber and aluminum. They are wearable and not sticky to the glue, light weight, high strength.

4.The standing bars,connecting bars,joint bars use the diameter 25mm high strength steel,the standing bar bases use 50x50mm solid steel to improve the standing bars stability and rolling wheels pressure, ensure the rate of finished products.
