ASTM D5397 Notched Constant Tensile Load Testing Machine 200~1370g
Notched Constant Tensile Load Testing Machine for Plastic is used
to evaluate the stress crack resistance of polyolefin geomembranes
by notched constant tensile load test. It is mainly applicable to
the geomembranes used on the landfill site. Dumbbell shaped notched
test specimens from a polyolefin sheet are subjected to a constant
tensile load in the present of a surface-active agent and at an
elevated temperature. The time to failure of test specimens is
recorded and the results of a series of such tests conducted at
different stress levels are presented by plotting stress level
against failure time for each stress level on a log-log axis.
Notched Constant Tensile Load Testing Machine is used to determine
the impact toughness of non-metallic material such as rigid
plastics, fibre reinforced composite material, nylon, glass,
ceramics, cast stone, asbestos board, electrical insulating
material, etc. It is suitable for notched and unnotched specimen.
1) Simple structure in linear type ,easy in installation and maintation.
2) Adopting advanced world famous brand components in pneumatic parts ,electric parts and operation parts.
3) High pressure double crank to control the die opening and closing.
4) Running in a high automatization and intellectualization,no pollution
5) Apply a linker to connect with the air conveyor ,which can directly inline with filling machine .
