5 , Precautions
At present, the car is widely used in the alternator, the use of
the following points should be noted:
① often clean the appearance of the generator scale and dust, keep
clean and well ventilated.
② often check with the generator-related fasteners fastening,
timely tightening the screws.
③ the tension of the transmission belt should be appropriate. Too
loose, easy to slip and cause power shortage; too tight, easy to
damage the belt and generator bearings.
④ install the battery, do not pretend to be wrong, usually first
installed positive line, not equipped with wire, or easy to burn
the diode.
⑤ When using the integrated circuit regulator, the engine should
not turn off the ignition switch immediately.
⑥ Never use the "scraper" method to test whether the power
generation.
⑦ generator failure with no power, it should be promptly ruled out,
otherwise it will cause more serious failure.
