Fast, error-free SMD counters, can count 5000pcs components in 30 seconds. Optional Models include reel counters with barcode scanner and label printer that identify and record quantity and date information.
Optional pocket-Check feature alerts operator to missing components.
Operate in two ways
Totalizer: SMD parts are counted from a zero reference, tape feed is motorized and the counter automatically stops at the tape end, to prevent loss of the total.
Preset mode: The desired component number is keyed on the keyboard and the counter automatically stops when it reaches the corresponding component.
