Fullde Power generator intelligent testing system can accurately test the output power and loading capacity of various generator units,test all the electric parameters including dynamic parameters of generator units,and mainly include two parts: testing control and load cabinet,which is used in coordination with host computer thus materializing intelligentization and automatization to complete the testing of all electric parameters of generator unit,meanwhile,charts,curves and testing report are produced,and no manual operation is required(intelligently controlled,manual/automatic may be selected),to provide scientific testing means for large power generator units.

Testing function:

1. Parameter display and measurement:
Control panel contains Multifunction Electricity Meter displaying voltage, current, load power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, frequency etc.

2. Load bank use premium components to ensure reliable performance and longer service life including:
Switch: ABB, Siemens and Schneider, PLC: Panasonic and Siemens;

3. Vltage and frequency setting testing, fluctuation testing, transient testing functions, can automatically test maximum and minimum,values of voltage,current and frequency as well as restoring time when testing load changes suddenly;

4. May automatically produce various charts, testing reports,can be signed and change the format according to customer's requirments;

5. Testing reports may be inquired, displayed and printed based on time, model, machine number,the minimum resolution time of stable state record is 1s, transient;

6. When testing,the rated power and loading time of generator unit tested may be input,the system will automatically complete the loading test from 0,25%,50%,75%,85%,90%,100%,110%,100%,90%,85%,75%,50%,25%,0 strictly according to the state standard,store and display the changes,restoring time and curve of V,I,KW,Hz of generator when loaded in the form of format and sketch,the tested points may also be configured manually;

7. Load/unload with one key: Whether manual control, remote control or software control, user can preset the power, then press load master button. Load bank loaded according to preset power to avoid load fluctuation during the power changing.
