ZCuSn10Pb5: smooth, wear resistant and corrosion resistant, suitable for bimetal forging materials.Bearings for vehicles, bimetallic bearing pads for internal combustion engines with peak load up to 100Mpa, piston pin sleeves, friction plates, etc.
ZCuPb10Sn10: high hardness, excellent wear resistance, not easy to bite dead appearance, good forging and cutting function, in the atmosphere and fresh water has good corrosion resistance.It can be used for wear-resistant parts under high load (below 20Mpa) and high sliding speed (8m/s), such as connecting rod, bushing, bearing bush, gear, worm wheel, etc.
ZCuPb15Sn8: under the condition of lack of smoothing agent and water quality smoothing agent, sliding and self-smoothing function is good, free cutting, forging function is poor, good corrosion resistance to dilute sulfuric acid.Bearing with high external pressure and side pressure, can be used to make copper cooling tube of cold rolling mill, parts with impact load up to 50Mpa, bimetal bearing shell of internal combustion engine, mainly used for piston pin sleeve with maximum load up to 70Mpa, acid-resistant accessories.
