Tracking Index Tester For Evaluating Leakage Resistance

This Tracking Index Apparatus is strictly designed and manufactured in accordance with IEC60112,IEC60335-1, IEC60598-1 and GB4207
Measure the relative resistance to traceability of the surface of
the solid electrical insulating material when exposed to impurities
containing water at a voltage of up to 600 V.
When the voltage is applied between the electrode means provided on
the surface of the material and the electrolyte is dropped between
the two electrodes at a predetermined time interval, it is possible
to generate an electrical mark in this test case. The number of
droplets necessary to cause material damage increases as the
applied voltage decreases, and at less than a certain limit, no
traceability occurs.
When the material in the highest test voltage is not electric
marks, can have different degrees of corrosion, and corrosion depth
can be measured. Some materials can burn during the test.
