Product Description Of Automatic Distillation Apparatus
Automatic petroleum products distillation tester conforms to standard ASTM D86,
which is suitable for testing distillation characteristics of natural gasoline (stable light hydrocarbon), motor
gasoline, aviation gasoline, jet fuel, special boiling point solvent, naphtha, kerosene, diesel, gas oil distillate fuel and similar petroleum products.
ASTM D86 Petroleum Products Laboratory Automatic Distillation Apparatus:
1. Instrumentation tests the whole process automatically by the industrial computer, full touch 10.4-inch LCD test, the whole process shows data and correlation curves of the temperature and volume.
2. Liquid level tracking system consists of high subdivision step US Haydon brand linear motor and imported photoelectric tracker (Japan KEYENCE).
3. Cooling medium inner loop, the first domestic use antifreeze instead of cooling water.
4. Can automatically control the distillation heating circuit, and makes the sample flow rate control from the initial distillation point to 95% within 4 ~ 5 ml per minute.
5. Can provide initial distillation point temperature and final distillation point temperature value, also can provide temperature and flow rate at percent point.
6.Can detect local atmospheric pressure automatically and correct for the temperature at standard atmospheric pressure automatically.
7. User can choose to crease the test according to the steam temperature or volume recovered.
8. Can store, query and print test results.
9.Initial boiling point temperature is detected by the optical fiber sensor.
