Description Of Automatically Kinematic Viscosity
The fully automatic kinematic viscosity tester is designed and
produced according to the national standard GB/T265.
The instrument tester adopts modular design, the detection part
adopts advanced sensors and high-precision AD conversion circuit,
and the main control part adopts multiple industrial applications,
highly reliable 16 bit RISC structure, and ultra-low power
consumption microprocessor. Good and reliable communication makes
each module into a unified and reliable measurement and control
platform. The program adopts high-quality and simplest modular
program design, and is organically combined with hardware, so that
the full automatic temperature rise and constant temperature,
liquid level detection, timing, viscosity tube cleaning, printing
and other work in the process of kinematic viscosity measurement
can be completed automatically, and the operation mode of "one
click results" can be achieved.
16 groups of measurement parameters are preset for the automatic
kinematic viscosity tester, which can be selected when testing
different samples for ease of testing operation. At the same time,
the preset parameters can be modified to meet the requirements of
measuring special samples.
