This machine is used to simulate the impact on the frame and fork when the front wheel leaves the ground, when it is hit or when it is subjected to vibration.
All types of frames in accordance with ISO 4210-6.4.2, GB3565 and GB17761.
1. Select the appropriate axle to fix the lightweight roller with a weight less than or equal to 1Kg to the front fork and the rear fork of the frame to the test bench. 2. Adjust the front and rear position of the steel drill so that the centre of the roller is located directly above it when it is dropped. 3. Fix the standard weights to the various positions of the frame according to the standard.
4. Turn on the drop power switch to energise the drop solenoid and attach the lightweight roller to the solenoid. 5. Adjust the hand wheel above the steel drill so that the centre of the roller moves to the drop position (the height of the drop is indicated by a scale). 6. Press the drop button and the frame assembly does a free fall movement to impact, completing the first test (the test is repeated 2 times).
7. After the test is completed, check whether there are cracks and deformation of the assembly, and judge whether it is qualified according to the standard.
