According to the standard: EN 15194 electric bicycle, ISO4210, EN14781 roadster, EN14766 mountain bike, EN14764 city car. designed by CNS, JIS, DIN, NF, ISO, CPSC, CSA, AS, BS nine countries testing standards.
1 Fix the frame on the test machine according to the standard method, and the position of the fork can be adjusted manually to fit the size of the frame.
2 Fix the car driver and fork on the roller axle, and fix the rear hook on the rear axle, and lock the rear axle fixing block.
3 Attach the frame vertical force loading fixture assembly to the test machine in accordance with the standard method, the height of the loading beam can be adjusted manually to suit the height of the frame.
4.Set the test force value and number of times required for the test on the computer.
5.Adjust the maximum deformation of the frame allowed, the machine will automatically stop the test after exceeding some deformation.
6.Start the test program to start the test, the test reaches the set number of times or test piece damage, automatically stop the test and retain the test results.
