Cylindrical Roller Bearings (full complement)

Full complement Cylindrical Roller Bearings have the maximum amount of rollers. Because of this Cylindrical Roller Bearings are very rigid and have a high load capacity. Cylindrical Roller Bearings are constructed with an inner and an outer ring with in-between cylindrical rollers which are guided by rings.

Full complement Cylindrical Roller Bearings cannot attain the high revolutions of Cylindrical Roller Bearings with cage. Full Complement Cylindrical Roller Bearings can be manufactured with one row or with two rows of cylindrical bearings. They can be used as a fixed bearing, support bearing or as a single bearing.

Cylindrical Roller Bearings (with cage)

Cylindrical Roller Bearings with cage are very rigid and have a high radial load capacity. Because of their cage, Cylindrical Roller Bearings are suitable for higher speeds than full complement Cylindrical Bearings. Single row Cylindrical Roller Bearings with cage have an inner- and an outer ring with in-between a cage with cylindrical rollers.

The inner and outer rings can be supplied with or without lips. With lips Cylindrical Roller Bearings can be used as a fixed bearing, support bearing or as a single bearing. For easier assembly the inner- and outer rings can be mounted separately. The cage prevents the cylindrical rollers from coming into contact with each other. 1. Types NU, N, NNU, and NN are suitable as free-end bearings.
