Characteristics of aluminum alloy doors and windows: various alloys

Several problems needing attention in aluminum alloy doors and
windows
1) During transportation, product protection shall be strengthened
to ensure the integrity of appearance product quality.
2) It is strictly prohibited to step on the window frame and put
scaffolding on the window frame Heavy objects shall be used to
ensure that the window frame is not deformed and distorted during
handover and acceptance, and the window sash is pushed and pulled
smoothly.
3) The connection between the side of aluminum alloy doors and
windows and the wall shall be subject to anti-corrosion treatment;
4) Check whether the aluminum alloy profile window frame is
equipped with anti-collision glue to avoid the collision between
the window sash and the window frame when pushing and pulling.
5) The pull rod for opening and fixing the window shall be in place
at one time, especially the opening and opening pull rod for
opening and closing the window sash. The position positioning is
not accurate. First, it is not tightly closed; Second, there is a
collision sound when opening; Third, when adjusting the pull rod,
screw holes appear at the aluminum alloy horizontal frame, which

1. Thermal conductivity
The thermal conductivity of aluminum alloy is about 50-60% of that
of copper, which is beneficial to the manufacture of heat
exchangers, evaporators, heating appliances, cooking utensils, as
well as automobile cylinder heads and radiators.
2. Machinability
The machinability of aluminum profile is excellent. In various
deformed aluminum alloys and cast aluminum alloys, as well as in
various states after the production of these alloys, the machining
characteristics change greatly, which requires special machine
tools or technologies.
3. Recyclability
Aluminum has high recyclability, and the characteristics of
recycled aluminum are almost the same as that of primary aluminum.
4. Corrosion resistance
The density of aluminum profile is only 2.7g/cm3, about 1 / 3 of
that of steel, copper or brass (7.83g/cm3 and 8.93g/cm3
respectively). Aluminum shows excellent corrosion resistance under
most environmental conditions, including air, water (or brine),
petrochemical and many chemical systems.
5. Conductivity
Aluminum profile is often selected because of its excellent
conductivity. On the basis of equal weight, the conductivity of
aluminum is nearly twice that of copper.
