Principle of electrostatic powder spraying process
Use electrostatic powder spraying equipment to spray the powder

Advantages and disadvantages of electrostatic powder spraying
The advantages are less pollution: no organic solvent
volatilization during electrostatic powder spraying, and no harmful
gases such as toluene and diphenyl in paint and coating. Energy
saving because electrostatic powder spraying is a film-forming
process, the energy consumption can be reduced by about 30%. There
are many color choices, and various colors can be made according to
customer requirements, with small color difference. The film has
good performance, and the thickness of one-time film formation can
reach 50-80 μ m. Good surface adhesion and corrosion resistance.
Principle of fluorocarbon spraying process
Fluorocarbon spraying is also a kind of electrostatic spraying,
which belongs to liquid spraying. The fluorocarbon spray coating
used is a coating made of polyvinylidene fluoride resin baking as
the base material or metal aluminum powder as the color material.
There are suspension type and semi suspension type. The suspension
type refers to the pretreatment and spraying of aluminum materials,
and the aluminum materials will be suspended during curing. The
fluorocarbon coating with excellent quality has metallic luster,
bright color and obvious three-dimensional feeling.

Advantages and disadvantages of fluorocarbon spraying
Excellent anti-corrosion performance, thanks to excellent chemical
inertia, acid, alkali, salt and other chemical substances and a
variety of chemical solvents, provides a protective barrier for the
substrate; Fluorocarbon spraying has high surface hardness, impact
resistance, buckling resistance and good wear resistance, showing
excellent physical and mechanical properties.
Maintenance free, self-cleaning, fluorocarbon coating has extremely
low surface energy, surface dust can be self-cleaning through
rainwater, excellent hydrophobicity (the maximum water absorption
is less than 5%), oil repellent, minimal friction coefficient
(0.15-0.17), no dust and scaling, and good antifouling performance.
