Complete biomass pellet production line is designed for industrial production to make biomass pellets from any type of agro and forestry wastes. The raw material to make wood pellets is always wood logs, wood
shavings, wood sawdust, wood chips, biomass straw, forest waste
etc.
Typical process flow –wood logs is example into wood pellets:
Debarking → Chipping → Milling → Drying → Pelletizing → Cooling →
Bagging (the storage ssytem shall be designed when the line is
automatic )

Hammer mill :
To mill the wood chip into 6mm sawdust .
Advantage:
High milling efficiency, uniform milling , strong anti-blocking
ability for high moisture and high grease materials, wide
applicability, long life of hammer and screen. The Supreme Hammer
Mill is with reasonable design and excellent manufacturing. It
adopts SKF bearings, famous brand motors and brand-name couplings.
The main vulnerable parts are metal wear-resistant materials, which
adopt high-precision rotor dynamic balance. After the final
assembly, the 3D vibration intensity test is completed.

Rotary Dryer : Reduce the moisture of wood sawdust.
Under the suitable size of raw material ,the moisture is requested
between 12-18% ,if more water content would cause cracked pellet
,if less would no formed . So dryer is necessary when moisture is
out of requested arrangement .
The wet material is conveyed by screw . Feeding side generate hot
air (furnace ,boiler etc)with wet material is sucked into inner of
dryer by draught fan . As the dryer rotates continuously, the water
inside material is evaporated by three ways .Another benefit of
heating the toughness is enhanced, thereby increasing production
efficiency, especially those with higher density, such as hardwood.
Heating enhances the toughness of the raw materials and acts to
soften the natural lignin in the raw materials.
Ring Die Pellet Mill : Make 6-8mm wood pellets.
Pellet Mill adopts high-precision gear-drive structure.
Ring Die adopts quick disassembly hoop design.
Main parts adopt imported NSK bearings or buyer point the brand
Adopt international advanced horizontal compensation serpentine spring coupling.

Soft-start system and overload protection in electrical cabinet
Cooler : Cool down hot wood pellets, not higher than room temperature 3-5
℃.
Bagging Machine : Pack finished pellets into bags.
Storage system :
Moving floor is a hydraulically-driven moving-floor conveyance
system for moving bulk material or palletizedproduct, which can be
used in a warehouse, loading dock or semi-trailer. It automates and
facilitates loading and unloading of palletized goods by
eliminating the need for a forklift to enter the trailer.In thoes
system ,it can storage in large amount and avoid block of sawdust
,wood chip .The moving floor can be used in storage silo ,open
concrete made storage system .
Storage silos are cylindrical structures, typically 10 to 90 ft (3
to 27 m) in diameter and 30 to 275 ft (10 to 90 m) in height with
the slipform and Jumpform concrete silos being the larger diameter
and taller silos. They can be made of many materials. Wood staves,
concrete staves, cast concrete, and steel panels have all been
used, and have varying cost, durability, and airtightness
tradeoffs. Silos storing grain, cement and woodchips are typically
unloaded with air slides or augers. Silos can be unloaded into rail
cars, trucks or conveyors
