LSS oil and gas fired vertical steam generator
LSS oil and gas fired vertical steam generator adopt vertical tubular structure. There are two circles of pipe bundles and a shell cylinder welded between the upper and lower tube sheets of the body to form a three-return flue gas. It has a long flue gas heat transfer process, sufficient heating area and reasonable structure layout. The burner is arranged on the top of the body, and the flame can be fully expanded and fully burned.
It uses boiler and condenser, and its thermal efficiency can reach
93% - 100%. It has built-in steam-water separator and external
steam-water separator, which can provide high quality dry steam,
thus saving fuel, reducing system scaling and prolonging service
life.
