Product Introduction
Wovenflex Extra is a Heavy Duty PVC/NBR Layflat Hose. It is designed for water
discharge for irrigation, mining, quarries, industrial use,
construction. Wovenflex Extra is one type of “through-the-weave” heavy duty PVC/NBR layflat
hose. This hose features a unique one-piece, through-the-weave
construction and attains its higher working pressure from a
synthetic woven polyester reinforcement than Spiral plies; its
excellent durability is derived from a high-tensile PVC/NBR rubber
compound, which completely encases the jacket. The ribs on the
cover surface greatly increase abrasion resistance.

♦ Construction: Circular polyester weave extruded internally and externally with PVC-NBR.
♦ Inner tube: Very smooth with minimum friction loss
♦ Cover: Ribbed cover for flexibility and abrasion resistant
♦ Reinforcement: Circular woven polyester jacket
♦ Color: Black, other colors are available
♦ Elongation at WP:<1.5%
♦ Expansion at WP:<5%
♦ Temperature range:-40° to 150°F (-40° to 65°C)
