Chuck
A chuck is a mechanical device used to clamping a piece of work on
a machine.Using the radial movement of the movable clamp on the
chuck body, the workpiece is clamped and positioned.The chuck is
generally composed of chuck, activity card and claw drive
mechanism.The minimum diameter of the chuck body is 65 mm, the
maximum can reach 1500 mm, and the center has a hole to pass
through the workpiece or rod.The back has a cylindrical or tapered
structure, which is connected directly to the main shaft end of the
machine through the flange.
Slip board box
Lathe feed movement control box, in which the light poles and the
tool carrier of screw rotation movement into linear motion
mechanism, through light bar transmission to realize tool post
transverse and longitudinal feed movement of the feed movement and
fast moving, and through the screw drive tool post for vertical
linear motion, so that the thread cutting.
