Application Are: 3D Hot bending Glass Molding Machine
Super hard alloy tungsten carbide plate, mainly application for 3D
curved glass hot bending molding machine , is widely used to process and form 3D curved glass of mobile
phone, watch and TV. Compared with conventional tungsten steel
plate and cemented carbide series, super hard alloy composite carbide plate has higher
hardness, better high temperature deformation resistance, higher thermal conductivity and thermal diffusion coefficient when used at
900 ℃ high temperature . More stable performance greatly improves
the production efficiency.
1. Excellent tensile strength:500-600MPa at 900 ℃;
2. High thermal shock resistance:fast heating up and cooling down
available;
