Single-Shaft Shredder is Suitable for all kinds of hard plastics, such as, large diameter plastic pipes, plastic waste, ABS Blocks, plastic pallets, wood, housing of air conditioner or fridge and other hard plastic, oversized HDPE die material and so on.

1. Shredding with speed of 85r/pm; low noises; Low power consumption; Well-proportioned in length of shredded materials.

2. Rotary knives are with four angles, can change the angle when one is blunt, need to sharpen only after four angles are blunt, normally replace the blades after shredding over 1000 tons.

3. The hopper is moving forward and backward to enable fully shredded of the materials. Higher efficiency, higher output.

4. Material of the blades adopt imported material SKD 11, after treatment the hardness can be over 65 to enable their longer service life.

Application:

Plastic shredding crusher machine is used for fine grinding machine, and is commonly used in processing raw materials or leftover material to make it more small size. The typical example is to tear the rubber or plastic scrap as raw material for melting granulating which is used to make plastic bottles, tire or trash cans and so on. Working Principle

The material will be transferred to the blades assemble chamber by conveyors,manually from hopper or forklift,material is taken up by the barbed blade, pulled unceremoniously into the machine and then shredded between the blades on the two opposing shafts sothe material will be tear,extrusion,shear and other integrative action,then the small pieces material will be out from the bottom of the shredder.
