Chicken cage
Hongsheng conventional layer cage is available from 3 tiers to 8
tiers.
Frame of the cage are made of high quality hot dip galvanized steel
sheet, zinc layer is 275g/m2. Processed by advanced numerical
equipments, it has high precision.
Wire mesh parts are made with hot dip galvvanized.
Feed hopper or chain feeding system are available.
Drinking nipple with V trough provide the birds clean water.
White PP manure belt contribute good air quality for birds.

H-Type full automatic chicken cage

Frame and wire mesh
Frame of our cage are made of first class hot dip galvanized steel.
Zinc layer is 275 g/m2. Wire meshes are made of hot dip galvanize
wire, no burs at welding point which is very good friendly to the
chicken.
Cage size is 60 cm*60 cm, tier height is 65 cm customized size is
possible.
Feeding and Drinking
The chain feeding system or feed cart available.
The water nipple drinker line is combined with a V-shap drip trough
to avoid water spillage into the cage. Each cage has two nipples
available for the birds.
Manure Removal System
The manure removal system is equipped with powerful drive units
with special pressure rollers and additional counter
pressure rollers for the effective and efficient central PP manure
removal belts up to a total length of more than 120 meters.
Egg Collecting System
Egg collecting system is easy operated, improving the raising
efficiency and saving the labor cost, thus improving the raising
performance of farms.
