1, Composition
The Wash machine consists of ultrasonic generator, transducer, cleaning sub-tank,
cleaning master tank, stainless steel circulation filtration
system, parabolic move (fluctuating) system, automatic temperature
control heating systems, hot air drying system, multiple-manipulator, frame, electrical control system, feeding station, closed cover, etc.
2, Device Description
The washing machine make up of 8 sets stainless steel tank of
lotion ultrasonic cleaning tank, spray rinse tank, ultrasonic liquid rinse tank,
overflow rinse tank, the slow pull dehydration tank, hot air drying
and other components. Operator first to put the washing basket
which equipped with the workpiece on the feeding platform, the
manipulator automatically sequentially sent to each of the cleaning
station, for workpiece cleaning, rinsing, dehydration, drying, and
finally to send the finished cleaning workpiece basket to the lower
discharge end (after the workpiece is removed, operator to promote
the cleaning basket to the unloading end),the operator to remove the workpiece transferred to another step
Design Features
