Machine description
Under the condition of small total .diameter-reducing rate and
small single-machine diameter-reducing rate, the steel pipe is
rolled into the required dimension precision and true roundness,
and the outer surface quality of the steel pipe is further
improved. It is mainly composed of working frame and transmission
device. The number of working frames of sizing machine is less,
which is generally 3 / 12, and is divided into longitudinal and
cross-rolling sizing machine. Cross-rolling sizing machines are
generally distributed in three-roll cross-rolling pipe units. The
working seat consists of a rack, a roll and a bearing, a roll
radial adjusting device, a roll axial adjusting device and a base.
The transmission device includes a main motor, a reducer, a
transmission gear box and a tooth connecting shaft

Features
1. The electric control system uses famous Japanese
controllers,such as servo drivers,servo motors,positioning modules
and CPUs manufatured by the Mitsubishi Corporation,and is high in
performance and good stability.
2. The Mitsubishi ultra-large CPU can accommodate 400 groups of
files for compiling,if necessary,the additional transmission
software is bought and installed in the computer,and the documents
and files are stored in the hard disk,so that the number of
compiling groups is unlimitedly expanded.
3. Industrial-use computer type:the WINDOWS operating system is
internally installed,and used together with the Mitsubishi servo
system,besides the Mitsubishi servo driving,the convenient file
management owned by the WINDOWS operating system is also
provided;and the files can be storted in the hard disk or soft
disk,so that the compiling groupnumber is unlimitedly expanded.
4. Automatic 3D simulation function for tube-forming is selected as
required.
5. An automatic error-fault detecting function is provided,and the
errors and faults are displayed on the screen,so that the operator
can much easily troubleshoot.
6. The machine can be connected with a printer so as to print the
data displayed on the screen.
7. Communication interface can be installed as required,which can

8. A feeding cart’s feeding position,safety position,wheel mode
interfering position and guided mode interfering position are
set,so that a hand wheel pulse wave generator can be finely
tuned,the position can be automatically remembered,and the error
caused by the manual measurement and the loss caused by the feeding
cart bumping the machine are eliminated
9. The feeding shaft will perform automatic detection before
acting,so that the feeding shaft is avoided from bumping the
machine
10. When the curves are tested,analytical actions can be used,the
actions are modified by the careful observation of the interference
points ,so that the efficiency is improved.
