Cathode absorption sealed maintenance-free VRLA gel type battery
consists of ABS case,grid type plate, AGM separator and special gel
electrolyte.

Advantages
1. Long Life
VRLA gel type battery uses high-tin alloy positive grids and thick
plates to reduce the utilization of active material. It has special
additives. Its 40% DOD cycle life can reach over 3000 times as per
the requirement of IEC 60896-22-2004.
2. Super Overdischarge Tolerance
After 5 times of over-discharges which cause the short circuit,
battery capacity restoration can reach more than 95%.
3. High Cycling Ability
Special gel electrolyte additives, curing process at high
temperature and high humidity are employed to delay the softening
of active materiaI, therefore the deep cycle endurance is improved
efficaciously, especially the anti-passivation (anti barrier layer)
capability of positive plates during reaction when batteries are
used for small load and small current discharge.
4. Excellent High-current Performance
Tighten assembly is designed to reduce distance of battery plates,
to improvethe high current discharge performance.
5. Safety
The rubber 0-ring with strong corrosion resistance and the special
adhesive are adopted to seal the terminals of the batteries,
ensuring no acid leakage from the roots of terminals, and safe and
reliabIe operation.
6. Maintenance Free
Since the design is of low liquid type, the gases generated inside
the system is recombined into water; there is no need to add water
or acid.
7. Various Installation Types
The special AGM separator can absorb the electrolyte thus there is
no free acid inside the battery, therefore both verticaI and
horizontaI positions are allowed when the batteries are to be
mounted.
