Main structure and method of use
The testing machine is mainly composed of: main parts such as base, main column, swing rod, impact ball, pendulum, sample holding device and rebound value indicating device. The machine has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation and high precision.
The test machine can be placed on a horizontal test bench, and the three adjustment brackets are screwed into the three screw holes of the base, and then the mat is placed.
Before use, use the needle to move the adjustment bracket, and use it according to the horizontal indicator on the base to the horizontal position.
When using, lift the pendulum, hook the hook automatically, put the standard sample into the clamping device and adjust the scale rod to the appropriate position according to the thickness of the sample, and tighten the special screw to fix the position of the scale rod.
Gently push the pointer cover to point the pointer to the zero position on the dial.
When the handle is turned, the hook automatically falls off, and the pendulum falls against the rubber sample. As the pendulum falls, the needle holder automatically moves the pointer back down. The pointer automatically stops on the scale plate according to the elastic force of the sample and indicates the data.
The test can be carried out continuously in the same manner as above.

Precautions and maintenance methods
4.1 The test chamber should be free of vibration and free of corrosive gases.
4.2 The ambient temperature should be in the range of 5-40 °C, and the relative humidity should be less than 85%.
4.3 It is strictly forbidden to inject the two bearing positions on the upper end of the pendulum into the thin spindle oil.
4.4 After use, cover with a dust cover to prevent oil and dust from entering.
