Working principles

The instrument consists of bases, support seats, and fan-shaped hammers. The rectangular sample is clamped between the movable clamp (6) and the fixed clamp (7). An incision is made in the middle of the sample by a tearing knife (9), free fall with a fan-shaped hammer (4), moving clamp ( 6) Rapidly separate from the fixed clamp (7) and tear the specimen.

Use caution
1. Although the equipment has undergone rigorous testing, inspection, and proper packaging prior to shipment from the factory, it may still be subjected to severe vibration during transportation and cause unpredictable damage and looseness. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out inspections before use. Adjust it so as not to affect the normal use of the instrument.
2. It is forbidden to collide with the sector hammer, otherwise it will affect the measurement accuracy.
3, the measurement value should be in the range of 20% to 80% of the full scale value, otherwise the weight should be increased or decreased.
4. When the measuring range is from 0 to 16N, large and small weight-increasing hammers and heavy hammer fixing screws are not used.
5. When the measuring range is from 0 to 32N, add a small weight and fix it with 2 short screws.
6. When the measuring range is 0~64N, add a heavy weight and fix it with 2 long screws.
7. The instrument should be cleaned regularly to ensure its measurement accuracy.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURES

In order to prevent the sector hammer from swinging during transportation, the instrument uses a fixing bolt to fix the sector hammer with the bearing seat, and the fixing bolt must be removed before use.
1. After removing the fixing bolts, the instrument must be mounted on a solid workbench with good shock absorption. It is best to place a hard rubber plate of 2 to 3mm thick between the instrument and the workbench.
2, adjust the level adjustment bolts, so that the instrument is in the horizontal state.
3, check the distance between the two jaws 2.8mm ± 0.3mm, if the difference is to adjust the axial position of the fan-shaped hammer.
4. After clamping the fabric with coordinate paper or plain paper, pull the tearing knife handle. The cut length of the sample should be 20mm±0.2mm. If the length of the cut does not meet the requirements, the blade position should be adjusted to meet the requirements.
5. Raise the fan-shaped hammer to position the fan-shaped hammer. Place the pointer out of the “0” position and press the stop-and-hold handle to make the fan-shaped hammer swing freely. Observe that the attenuation in twenty cycles should be no more than 25mm. Otherwise, you should find out the reason.
6. Raise the fan-shaped hammer to position the fan-shaped hammer. Hold the pointer close to the pointer baffle and press the stop-and-handle handle to make the fan-shaped hammer fall freely. When the fan-shaped hammer swings back, grab the fan-shaped hammer by hand, and do not subject the pointer to Interference, the pointer should stop at the "0" position. If there is any deviation, adjust the pointer adjustment screw, and then repeat the above method, so that the pointer can correctly align the "0" position.
