Product Description:

Juices, colorings, beverage separator is mainly used for apples, pears, peaches, sea buckthorns, sweet potatoes, fruits and vegetables

processing, also used for beer and malt clarification. It can be used for sparkling wine, wine, juice, beverage and other similar materials

concentration, clarification and purification. If processing muddy juice, you can select decanter centrifuge, if processing juice, you need to use

the disc centrifuge.

The machine adopts automatic control, it has the advantages of high efficiency, low material consumption, convenient operation and economic

maintenance cost. It adopts small piston structure for gaining variable discharging capacity, and PLC control both partly and fully discharging in

order to get rid of the sediment.

Production process:

Raw material selection → cleaning → beating to juice → deploy → filter → clarification →homogeneity → heating → canning to seal

→ sterile cooling → product

Product Feature:

1. The bearings use imported FAG, transducer using Japan brand “ Fuji”, the main strengthen parts of Roller body and Roller cover use 2Cr13,and

the other parts of contacted materials such as Disc all use 304.

Basic principle:

Use light phase mixture of different density and immiscible, the heavy phase and solid phase, different principles settling velocity obtained in a

centrifugal force field or gravitational field, to the light phase, the heavy phase and solid phase stratification purposes . Called gravity separation in

a gravitational field, called centrifuged centrifugal field.
