YSF Series 15ppm Bilge Oily Water Separator
Working Principe
The bilge oil sewage is pumped into the equipment through the
filter by the electric piston pump, and the bilge water is coarsely
separated in the upper chamber of the equipment; due to the
different oil-water specific gravity, the large size oil droplets
gradually float to the top of the equipment; Bilge water containing
small particle oil goes down to the special inclined plate group.
and gathers and separates in the sloping plate group to form a
large oil droplet floating to the top of the upper cavity; the
bilge water containing the fine particle oil droplets continues to
pass down through the fine filter. Remove the particulate matter in
the water, and then enter the filter element of the lower cavity,
so that the small oil droplets and the emulsified oil in the oil
sewage coalesce into large oil droplets, float to the upper part,
realize separation, water treated by the filter core, and the oil
concentration is low. The treated water (oil content ≤15ppm) can be
directly discharged from the outboard; when the oil concentration
on the water treated by the filter core exceeds the standard (oil
content >15ppm), the equipment can be automatically transferred
to the fine filter component, and the qualified water after
treatment (oil content) ≤15ppm) can be directly discharged from the
outboard, and the unqualified water (oil content >15ppm) after
being treated by the fine filter unit is returned to the bilge.
The oil separated by the upper chamber gathers on the top of the
upper chamber. When the oil level reaches the detection position of
the oil level detector, the oil level electrode sends a signal to
the electric control system, and the oil drain solenoid valve is
opened by the electronic control system. Set the time to drain the
oil. A very small amount of oil in the lower chamber is separated
and gathered on the top of the lower chamber. When the liquid level
of the glass tube is full, the oil shut-off valve is manually
opened to remove the oil and then the shut-off valve is closed.
3.2 When the treated water exceeds the standard (when the oil
content is >15ppm), the bilge water alarm device (oil
concentration meter) alarms, the qualified water discharge port is
closed, the return bilge water inlet is opened, and the treated
water is returned to the bilge for reprocessing.
