Grooved Type Signal Butterfly Valve Introduction:
The grooved butterfly valve adopts a worm wheel and a worm drive, and then the cam rotates to press or release the contact on the signal device according to a predetermined position, and correspondingly outputs an "on" "off" electric signal to display the opening and closing state of the butterfly valve.The valve body is ductile iron, the appearance is sprayed with powder epoxy resin. The disc plate is made of integral rubber, anti-aging, durable, flexible memory and long service life.
The grooved butterfly valve is used for the control of solid materials, and is often used as a discharge valve at the bottom of the tank, such as a tank bottom of a cement tank or a stone powder tank, for discharging and quick cutting. Because most of the dust materials contain large or small particles, the wear of the valve sealing surface is unquestionable. If the selection is improper, the service life of the valve will be greatly reduced, or the valve leakage will be caused quickly, which will affect the continued use.
