Routine maintenance:
1. To keep the Ultrasonic generator dry, avoid storing in wet
environment. Contact with conductive liquid (such as water) from
the Ultrasonic control cabinet is prohibited, otherwise the machine
will be burnt out.
2. Turn off the power supply of the Ultrasonic generator when the
Ultrasonic cleaning machine is not in use.
3. Avoid collisions or violent vibrations on machines.
4. Please keep the Ultrasonic cleaning machine generator and
cleaning tank away from the heat source.
5. Don't let the machine keep working all along, let it have a
break after working for a few hours.
6. The machine should be stored in a ventilated place for heat
dissipation.
7. In order to ensure the cleaning effect, the cleaning liquid
should be replaced in time.
8. Try to avoid the use of strong acid and strong alkaline cleaning
agents.
9. After the cleaning process is finished, close the machine in
time. If you don't use it for a long time, pour out the cleaning
fluid in the tank.
10. When the cleaning machine is not used, cover it with a cover to
prevent dust and moisture.11.It is strictly forbidden to open the machine without water in
the tank.
