DWG Series Multi-layer Belt Dryer
Summary
The machine adopts a van structure, in which a multi-layer conveyor belt is arranged, and the conveyor belt circulates in the van. The material is evenly distributed on the first conveyor belt, and is transported from the first layer of the mesh belt to the next layer of the mesh belt by the transmission of the chain. The lower layer alternately falls until down to the last layer of the mesh belt, at which time the material moisture also meets the drying requirements.. The air circulation adopts a counter-current process, and the high temperature and low humidity air flows upward from the lowermost mesh belt of the dryer to carry out mass heat transfer, thereby achieving the purpose of removing moisture, and the exhaust gas is discharged from the top through the induced draft fan. The equipment has a high degree of automation, and the material is automatically turned over during the drying process to ensure even drying. Low labor intensity, good working environment and simple equipment maintenance. The bottom of the box is designed with a blanking swash plate and a easy opening cleaning door to facilitate the cleaning of the powder in the box.
