SYW RS485 flexible magnetostrictive level sensor with Automatic tank level gauge
Product description
SYW series magnetostrictive probe type magnetic sensor uses the Wiedeman effect, viuary effect and ultrasonic effect of intelligent materials to convert the displacement information into the time value which is easy to be measured with high precision, so as to realize the high-precision measurement of liquid level. Magnetostrictive probe has the characteristics of high reliability, simple installation and wide application range due to its few mechanical parts.
Magnetostrictive probe is mainly composed of electrical house, temperature sensor, protective steel pipe, magnetostrictive waveguide line and float with magnet inside. The electric room is installed in the vertical pipe of the oil tank. The protective steel pipe is inserted into the liquid in the underground oil tank. The float floats on the liquid level and slides up and down the pipeline according to the change of the liquid level. The data of water level, water level and five point average temperature are processed by filtering algorithm, and then these data are transmitted to intelligent console through digital communication port.

The control board of the probe is composed of CPU, instrument amplifier circuit and communication circuit. The CPU adopts high frequency processor to ensure the instantaneity and reliability of data sampling. High precision instrument amplifier circuit ensures the authenticity of sampling data waveform. Digital communication ensures the reliability and anti-interference of data transmission.
