The networking mode of Converse's wired networked door locks is the
same as that of computers. This is convenient for installing a
networked door lock system in an intelligent building with computer
integrated wiring. It does not require a dedicated networking line,
and data and instructions can be transmitted directly using the
computer network. Each door lock has a separate IP address. If the
user's IP resource allocation is limited, a separate LAN subnet
system can also be established.
The door lock is powered by POE. The network cable from the switch is plugged into the POE power port, and the other port is connected to the door lock cable. The installation location is generally installed on the ceiling corresponding to the door of the room. If there is no ceiling, the location can be installed according to the specific situation.
TCP/IP networked door lock advantages
1. After opening the door, the door lock will upload various states
during the opening process to the computer through the network. The
computer monitors the status of the door lock in real time and
issues control commands through the network. The door lock performs
the corresponding action after receiving the command. The computer
records each event for inquiries.
2. The computer can send the following command to the specified
door lock.
1) Set and cancel: Set and cancel the opening permission of a certain type of card:
notify a certain door lock to allow or disallow certain types of
cards to open the door within a certain period of time.
2) Center control to open the door: the computer directly sends the command to open the door, so that
the door lock remains free of the card, allowing the door to open;
if the door lock is read, the door lock will automatically close 7
seconds after the door is opened (the door lock is locked) There is
a command from the computer to send a signal without a card to open
the door. When the lock door receives the command, it returns to
the state where the card is not opened.
3) Upload record: The computer can control all or part of the door lock (whole
floor, whole floor, room) to be closed or open.
4) Door lock clock setting: Set and read the door lock internal clock: The computer can send
commands to adjust the clock inside the door lock.
5) Read the door lock status: The computer can read the status of the door lock at any time.
6) Read the door open record: read the open door record stored in the door lock, including:

record to the computer.
8) Magnetic record of the door: After the door is opened, there is feedback of the magnetic signal
of the door. The door is unlocked and the door has been opened. The

door has not been opened, at a glance.
9) Fire-fighting linkage: It can be linked with the fire alarm system. When a fire breaks
out, the door lock is open and can be opened directly to carry out
the rescue.
10) Sticking the seal: Some doors need to be sealed, and the network lock can also be
done. Once the seal is set, all the cards except the total card
cannot be opened, and the door with the seal is forbidden to open
the door.
11) Remote unlocking: remote unlocking, remote opening, remote closing, open door
recording and uploading to the computer;
12) Mechanical unlocking: there is a key to open, the key is closed and the record is
uploaded to the computer;
13) In-room twist and anti-lock: Unlock anti-lock information has uploaded the computer to unlock
the lock information;
