Main ingredients of hand sanitizer :

1- Surfactant Surfactant is one of the primary raw materials of hand sanitizer. Its principal function is to remove oil and dirt on hands, and it is required to be non-irritating and low-irritating to the skin. It can be degraded naturally in the environment. The products after degradation are harmless to the ground

2- Emollient moisturizer Emollient moisturizers can leave a protective film on the surface of the skin after the moisture evaporates to prevent or slow down the loss of water inside the skin and maintain the smoke of the skin, such as water-soluble lanolin and glycerol.

3- Thickener The thickener is the viscosity modifier, and the viscosity reflects the comprehensive index of the hand sanitizer system. The proper thickness of the hand sanitizer can improve the appearance of the product and make the product stable.

4- pH regulator The hand sanitizer's pH value needs to be weakly acidic, which is close to the pH value of human skin (5.5-6.5) to avoid skin irritation.
