What about the big jumps? Any special requirements?Check the requirements listed with each jump. Also, make sure you have at least a 4 feet of access to the area where it will be set up. The jumps can weigh up to 650 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.

What surfaces do you set up on?
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt,
asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks
as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.
Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may
contact our office.
Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise deemed to be an emergency or an unavoidable situation, by czjk Inflatables. In normal cases, deposits will be saved as a "Rain Check" available for a credit to be used within 6 months of the original purchase date. In your name only. A "Rain Check" is non-transferable. If a refund is deemed approved by CJ's Inflatables, the transaction will be issued within 3-7 business days. The amount of time for a refund to show up in your account may vary based on the type of account or bank that you use, which can be up to 30 days.

YOU WILL BE ALLOWED TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE YOUR RESERVED INFLATABLE
WITHIN 10 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR INFLATABLE RENTAL DATE. THERE WILL BE
NO CUSTOMER CANCELLATION FEE FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER OR CUSTOMER
REMORSE IF CANCELED WITHIN 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. IF CANCELED
ANY TIME AFTER THE 10 DAY CANCELLATION PERIOD YOU WILL BE SUBJECT
TO PAY FOR THE SCHEDULED EVENT, BUT WE WILL DO EVERYTHING WE CAN TO
MAKE SURE YOU ARE SATISFIED.

ENTERTAINMENT NEEDS FOR YOUR DESIRED DATE AND TIME. AN INVOICE WILL
BE SENT TO YOUR EMAIL AND MUST BE PAID 10 DAYS PRIOR OR BEFORE TO
THE EVENT TO GUARANTEE THE RESERVATION.
