Features
Specially surface harden treatment for ball and seat provides
longer working life, particularly with abrasive fluid such as
slurries and pulp stock.
Metal seats with graphite seals lowers the possibilities of leaking
during fire conditions. Essential for fire-safe conditions.
Valve ball remains in close and tight contact with spring loaded
ball seat for maximum sealing effects, no matter in high pressure
and low pressure conditions. Spring loaded ball seat also helps to
obtain stable opening and closing torques in high differential
pressure situation during high and low temperature conditions.
Ball and seat underwent machine lapping for smooth contact between
the two circular surfaces. Conforming to ANSI / FCI 70-2 Class V
and Class VI (optional).
Integral twin pattern ISO 5211 mounting pad for double & spring
return actuator.
Self-adjusting stem packing assembly with Belleville spring for
temperature fluctuations, vibration, and is secured.
EN10204-3.1 test Certificate Available
Safety/Quality Approvals
Inspection & testing according to API 598.
API 607 5th Edition Fire-Safe Test approved.
