PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

1. Description

Hydraulic Adjustable Pressure Reducing Valve in Piston Type with Strainer is automatic hydraulically-operated moving the main disc upwards or downwards so as to close and open the valve. By this way, it adjusts downstream pressure at the preset value by the pilot. When downstream pressure is higher than the preset value, PRV automatically closes. It can produce constant outlet pressure not matter how the inlet pressure changes. It can maintain the preset pressure value regardless fluctuating downstream flow. The adjust ratio set by the pilot is big, outlet pressure can be reduced by 10-80% of the inlet pressure.

2. Cost & Space saving

This multifunctional series valves are with a builtin strainer which is much more cost saving and space saving than one normal multifunctional hydraulic control valve and one strainer device.

This valve is popularly used in Daily water supply system, Fire protection system and Industrial water supply system.

PN16 (Range of adjustment 0.2-1.4Mpa)
