PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

1. About our Sanitary Valves

Full Bore Ball Valves are offered with a range of end connections including butt welded ends schedule pipe ends, NPT threaded ends and a range with socket weld connections.

Manufactured with a CF8M 316 stainless steel investment cast body, 316 ball and stem, PTFE seats and seals and supplied with a with lockable lever as standard.

The valve is 1000 psi rated and CE marked (1¼" - 4") in accordance with PED 97/23.

End connections:

• Available size range: ¼" - 4".
• BSPP, NPT, Socket-Weld, Butt-Weld, Imperial Hygienic Tube End and Clamp.
• Female/female screwed, female screwed x weld end (socket-weld or butt-weld)

Options:

• Tee Handles and Deadman option
• ISO mounting pads for pneumatic and electronic actuators

Flanged ball valves are available in 2 and 3 way configurations, with BS4504 PN 16 and ANSI B 16.5 ASA 150 flanges. Specials such as BS 10 Table E are also available to order.

Manufactured with a CF8M 316 stainless steel investment cast body and ball, with PTFE Seats and seals (four ball seals).
The reduced bore construction with both L-Port and T-Port configurations are now available from stock.
An ISO 5211 Direct Mount Pad is fitted and the lockable handle is supplied as standard.
The valves are 1000 PSI rated and are CE marked in accordance with the PED 97/23.

End connections:

• Available size range: ¼" - 4" screwed
• Available size range: 2" - 6" flanged
• BSPP female stocked with NPT and BSPT female available on special order.
• BS4504 DIN PN16 and ANSI Class 150 only ex-stock
• Socket weld end connections available from ( 1½" - 4" )

Options:

• Offered in GG20 Cast Iron Body with a CF8 304 Stainless Steel Ball and Stem

Ball Float Valve

Offered in an AISI 316 Stainless Steel Body, Arm, Lock Nut, Closure and Float.

The valve is fitted with a Silicone Seal and is used to control Fluid levels within storage tanks and vessels.

The maximum inlet pressure is 16 bar dependant on size of valve required.

Operating temperatures of -60 C to +200 C.

Available size range: 3/8" - 2½".

Seal options: Viton, Nitrile and EPDM are available on Factory delivery.

Float options: Floats are stocked as Spherical and come complete with the valve. We carry spare floats in sizes 90, 110, 160, 200 and 300mm diameter. Cylindrical and Flat type floats are available on Factory delivery.

Floats can also have special coatings such as Epoxy and PTFE on factory delivery.
