The main source of the waste gas/fume
The white fume is produced from the hot dip galvanizing process. Generally, the molten zinc surface can quickly form an oxide layer, and the amount of fume is less. But once the workpiece dips in and takes out of the zinc kettle, the fume increases suddenly because of the stirring and volatilization of the fluxing agent.
White fume collection
The white fume collecting part is designed with a top suction hood
above the zinc kettle. The fume is sucked into the treatment
equipment, and the capture rate can reach more than 98%.
