1. Application:

The machine is specialized in folding and gluing PVC ,PET ,PETG,OPS shrinkage film to shrink sleeve label roll . The label is widely used in packing beverage, food , batteries, cap , chemical industry, cosmetics, etc. The machine works more stably and efficiently because of excellent tension control system ,intelligent gluing system and reasonable design of mechanical structure . It is necessary equipment in shrink sleeve label production.

1)Stable and heavy-duty frame for high speed operation of 400n/min.

4) Auto tension control for unwind/rewind unit to maintain the optimun tension.

7) Cantilevered rewind/unwind shaft for fast roll changeover.

8) PLC with color touch screen control system.

9) Copper tubing with felted wool for gluing, work with glue pump (dispenser) and PLC. The PLC can control the glue capacity with speed changes.

10) Rewind oscillation control to produce high quality rolls.

11) Static eliminator is adopted before rewinder.

12) Whole machine with 4 pcs of servo motors(2 for traction, 1 for rewinder, 1 for oscillation), and 1pc magnetic powder brake for unwinder.

14) traditional aluminum plates forming device for sizes from 30-80mm.
