General Description
The DXGF series is applied for Glass bottle carbonated soft drinks, soda water, energy drinks filling, combined with bottle rinsing, filling and capping. It is innovated and designed in the requirement of carbonated beverage technics, on the bases of introducing, digesting and absorbing advanced technology abroad. Main advantage
1. It has combined the rinser, filler and capper, integrated as
3-in-1 monoblock system, which can reduce pollution due to the all
closed environment.
2. The transfer of bottles are done by clippers, which will clip
the bottle neck and not touch the bottle mouth, so as to avoid
pollution to the filling material. What's more, the design can meet
demands of different bottle shapes as well, which makes the change
of bottle shape easier.
3. The advanced filling valve is accurate and the filling error is
less than 0.5%. The filling head, by the improved technology, can
ensure that there is no dropping in the filling process.
4. The vacuum bar, separated from the liquid tank, can ensure that
the air replaced by the filling material won't get into the liquid
tank, avoiding the pollution of filling material.
5. All the processes are automatic and intelligent. The interface
touch-screen and PLC program can control and monitor the filling
process. If there is any mistake, the emergency stop can ensure the
safety of operation.
6. The warranty time is one year. During the time, if there is any
problem, China-Beverage will solve it in the first time when we are
informed, leaving no concerns to our customer.

Machine Description
1). Bottle in-feeding
Adopt technology of Chain plate direct connect with bottle infeed
starwheel and Bottom of bottle technology to convey bottles.
2). Rinsing part
The bottle is blew into the bottle shifting wheel, when the
flushing clamp reaches the bottle neck, the jaw will clamp the
bottleneck, under the guidance of the rail, the clamp will turn the
bottle 180° Into an upright position, through second bottle pusher
into the filling position.
3). Transfer Starwheel
The material is super-corrosion stainless steel ,the wheel has
block bottle protect device.
4). Filling part
The filling part is manly composed of a filling valve and filling
transmission parts. The washed bottle reaches the filling position
via the bottle shifting wheel. In the mean time, the bottle
clamping plate of the filling machine will clamp the bottle and
move up to seal the bottle, filling valve will open, send the
liquid into the bottle. When the liquid level of the bottle reaches
the trachea of the filling valve, the filling will stop.
5). Capping part
The capping part consists of screw heads, capping transmission part, a sorting part and an under cover tube parts. The bottle which has finished filling will enter the capping position via the driving wheel. The photoelectric detection of the detecting signal detects the bottle, send a message to the valve cover, the cylinder cap will open, the caps will be blew into the cover plate by compressed air. The screw head which has magnetic torque will come down when it gets in a straight line with the bottle cap, the rotary cap ring gear seizes the cap and move forward, the cap lid the bottle and screw. When the torque out numbered the adjusted magnetic, the capping head will automatically slip, thus protect the cap from being damaged by the rotary cap ring gear. Bottles that have finished capping will be transported by the bottle pusher to the conveyor belt.
