How Wheat Flour Powder Weighing Filling Packing Machine works :
After the bag clamping signal is input, the material is added into
the "weighing bucket" (composed of bag clamping mechanism and
packaging bag) by the feeding mechanism (double auger). After
receiving the weight signal from the sensor, the controller
controls according to the preset program value. After opening the
material cutting door, the fast (double auger at the same time)
feeding is carried out. When the weight is ≥ (target value - fine
metering value), the large auger stops feeding and enters the slow
(small auger) feeding; When the weight is ≥ (target value -
overshoot value), the small winch stops feeding, the cutting door
is closed, and the constant value weighing is completed. After the
automatic bag vibrating (optional action), the material bag will be
released automatically and fall into the conveyor belt. It will be
sent to the sewing machine to sew the bag and then enter the next
process
